Pastel Toning Activator 1.5% PRINCESS ESSEX
Applied with PRINCESS ESSEX color creams from 8–10 shade levels for pastel shading of bleached hair. It reduces ammonia content when mixed with color cream. Creates a creamy consistency that is gentle on the hair and scalp and easy to use.
