On the stage of Sibur Arena, the spotlight shines on the stars of the award ceremony: the winners of the ESTEL Star Contest, TOP SALON ESTEL, and Teacher Awards. These are the people who change the world for the better every day. For them, hairdressing is not just a profession – it is a calling. Tears of joy fill their eyes.
