Bio Permanent No.2 for Normal Hair NIAGARA
Creates curls. Does not contain ammonia thioglycolate. The gentle formula is based on cysteamine, whose structure is similar to one of the main amino acids of the hair. The formulation is enriched with Provitamin В5 and has the рН value close to neutral.
It gives delicate effect on the hair and provides conditioned, even toned and natural-looking curls.
The product is fragrance-free.
